Nero in NACAC 20

Tonya Nero will be at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain next Saturday, March 17, chasing the North America, Central America and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Cross Country Championship women’s six-kilometre title.

Nero has been named in a Trinidad and Tobago team of 20 for the NACAC Championships.

The women’s 6K will feature three T&T women—Nero, Kema McShine and Thais Gutierrez.

The men’s 8K, meanwhile, will have seven T&T entrants—Matthew Hagley, Jules La Rode, Curtis Cox, Clarance Tobias, Roland Bartholomew, Collin Pereira and Kenroy Pierre.

The NACAC Championships will include teams from United States, Canada, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Bermuda, Guatemala and T&T.
