World Juniors Day 4

Machel Cedenio who brought home T&T's first medal from this edition of the IAAF World Junior Championships.

Cedenio won the 400 meters by a mile and proved to be T&T's only bright spot .

For the other athletes competing. Shot putter Portious Warren and 800 metre runner Nicholas Landeau did not qualify for the semi-finals of their respective events.

Results are yet to come in for 100 metre hurdler Akila McShine as well as the girls 4x100 team who will contest the heats in their respective races.
