Lewis captures MEAC silver

Region VI bronze for Bruce

Trinidad and Tobago's Aaron Lewis captured silver for Coppin State University at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor Track and Field Championships in Maryland, USA, two weekends ago.

Lewis got to the line in a personal best 7.88 seconds in the men's 60 metres hurdles final, finishing behind Michael Dickson, the gold medallist, in 7.85.

In the preliminary round, Lewis clocked 7.92 to top heat one, progressing to the championship race second fastest. Dickson won heat three in 7.83.
