De La Rosa, Charles strike Red River gold

Trinidad and Tobago athletes Darion De La Rosa and Shaiann Charles were golden for Wiley College at last weekend's Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships, in Texas, USA.

De La Rosa won the men's 800 metres event in two minutes, 02.67 seconds. And in the women's discus, Charles emerged victorious with a 40.66 metres throw.
