Jereem "The Dream" Richards claimed bronze in the men's 200 metres event at the Bislett Games IAAF Diamond League meet in Oslo, Norway, yesterday. The 2018 Commonwealth Games half-lap champion crossed the line in 20.19 seconds to finish behind Turkey's reigning world champion Ramil Guliyev, the winner in 19.90, and Canadian Aaron Brown (19.98).

Coming off the turn, Richards trailed Guliyev, Brown and Great Britain's Adam Gemili. The Trinidad and Tobago sprint star overhauled Gemili on the straight, but could not challenge the top two and had to settle for third.
