ST FORT REAPING REWARDS

Khalifa St Fort announced her arrival on the global sprint stage with 100 metres silver at the 2015 IAAF World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia. This season, the Florida-based teenager is focused on the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In today's "Olympic Diary", St Fort speaks about hard work and its rewards.

A few years ago I had grown so frustrated with my track career that I was ready to quit. The thing that I loved the most, I'd grown to hate.
