Walcott puts in the work in Cuba

The countdown is on to the Rio Olympics, and Keshorn Walcott is preparing in earnest for the defence of his men's javelin title. Walcott had mixed fortunes last year. He shrugged off an ankle injury to strike gold at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada, and also became the 14th member of "Club 90" with a huge 90.16 metres throw in Lausanne, Switzerland. But there was disappointment as well, the Toco athlete finishing 26th at the IAAF World Championships with a 76.83m effort.
