Jehue on different route

In August, Jehue Gordon will be in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, bidding for glory at the Games of the 31st Olympiad. In today's "Olympic Diary" instalment, the 2013 men's 400 metres hurdles world champion gives some insight into his training regime.

The adrenaline rush has heightened as the Rio Olympics 2016 draws nearer, and with just 85 more days to go, training has been more centred and specific to my health and recovery.
