Borel 4th at Golden Gala

Competing in her 2016 outdoor opener, the Trinidad and Tobago field athlete threw the iron ball 18.36 metres.
Borel opened the competition at 18.31m, but could only manage 17.62m in round two. The reigning Pan American Games champion then threw 18.15m, before closing off with the 18.36m effort.
