Borel earns Swiss silver

Cleopatra Borel continued her Olympic preparations with another solid showing in Europe, yesterday. The Trinidad and Tobago field athlete threw 18.43 metres to earn silver in the women's shot put, at the Spitzen Leichtathletik meet in Lucerne, Switzerland. She finished behind New Zealand's two-time Olympic champion Valerie Adams (19.37m) and ahead of Brazilian Geisa Arcanjo (17.67m).
