Walcott on Rght Track

Keshorn Walcott produced the third best throw of his career at the Bislett Games IAAF Diamond League meet in Oslo, Norway, three weeks ago, the 2012 Olympic men's javelin champion landing the spear 86.35 metres to capture bronze.

On Sunday, Walcott struck gold at the NAAA NGC/Sagicor National Open Track and Field Championships at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, in Port of Spain, with an 80.45m throw, beating his training partner, Shakeil Waithe (79.53m) into second spot.
