CEDENIO BETTERS BEST

Machel Cedenio continued his preparations for the Rio Olympics with a sizzling 44.34 seconds run at the Herculis 2016 IAAF Diamond League meet, in Monaco, yesterday. The clocking was a new personal best for Cedenio, and earned the Trinidad and Tobago quartermiler silver in the men's 400 metres, behind South Africa's 2015 world champion Wayde van Niekerk (44.12).
