Kamaria Durant struck gold in the Falcon Games women's 200 metres event, on Sunday, to complete her second sprint double in as many weekends. The 26-year-old athlete was way ahead of her rivals at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Bacolet, Tobago, winning the half-lap race in 23.81 seconds.

In the battle for the minor medals, Michaela Neils got the better of Thyla-Marie Scott. Neils clocked 25.20 for silver, while Scott crossed the line in 25.33 for bronze.

On Saturday, Durant won the 100m final in 11.77. And two Sundays ago, at Guaracara Park in Pointe-a-Pierre, she landed the Southern Games women's sprint double.

Dwight St Hillare earned the Falcon Games men's 400/200 double. He followed up on Saturday's 400m triumph with gold in Sunday's 200m in 21.40 seconds. Kevin Haynes clocked 21.47 for second spot, finishing just ahead of junior sprinter Jerod Elcock, the bronze medallist in 21.49.
