Barker, Joseph top schools road raceKwame Laurence :: Trinidad Express :: 10.11.2017Otis Barker retained his Blue Waters Secondary Schools 5K Classic title, in Penal, on Sunday. The race, however, was not actually a five-kilometre event. Barker and his rivals ran closer to 4.5 kilometres. "There seems to be a problem with the measurement of the course," Trinidad and Tobago Secondary Schools' Track & Field Association (TTSSTFA) president Philip Allard told the Express. "Based on the times, some of the experts said the race could be about 500 metres less than a 5K."
