Chef-de-mission has high expectations for Team TTO

Michelle-Lee Ahye will enter the Carrara Stadium here in Gold Coast, Australia this morning, carrying the Red, White and Black. The honour of being Trinidad and Tobago's flagbearer at the 2018 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony was given to the Carenage sprinter in recognition of her achievements on the track.

"Other than being our 2017 Sportswoman of the Year for First Citizens Sports Foundation, Olympic Committee (TTOC), etcetera," T&T chef-de-mission Diane Henderson told the Express, "her honours tell their own story. Michelle-Lee is deserving."
