Nesta Carter has lost his appeal against the International Olympic Committee Disciplinary Panel (IOC DP) decision to disqualify him and his Jamaica sprint relay teammates on account of Carter's anti-doping rule violation. In a press release, yesterday, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced that an arbitration panel "dismissed the appeal and the decision issued on 25 January 2017 by the IOC DP is confirmed."
