Lendore bags silver

Deon Lendore seized silver in the men's 400 metres event at the Grande Premio Brasil Caixa de Atletismo IAAF World Challenge meet in Braganca Paulista, Brazil, on Sunday. The Trinidad and Tobago quartermiler completed his lap of the track in 45.54 seconds.

Bralon Taplin emerged victorious, the Grenadian getting home in 44.67. Brazilians Hugo de Sousa and Alexander Russo finished third and fourth, respectively, clocking 45.74 and 45.76.
