Wright collects his CAC bronze

Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) president, Brian Lewis, presented field athlete Andwuelle Wright with his 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC) bronze medal at Olympic House, yesterday morning. Wright claimed precious metal in the Men's Long Jump final at the Barranquilla, Colombia, CAC games with a leap of 7.94 metres.
Due to circumstances beyond his control, Wright was unable to be in Barranquilla for the medal ceremony and his coach Wendell Williams received the medal on his behalf. Wright said that he was happy to have brought back a medal for Trinidad and Tobago and he is looking forward to greater success in the future for Team TTO.
