So many headlines over the last month or so have had those words in them, repeated countless times in stories detailing the feats of Trinidad and Tobago athletes at the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games, and more recently, the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Senior Track And Field Championships.
