Ex-minister/athlete to receive ORTT

Former government minister and Olympic athlete Wendell Mottley, 77, is a humble patriot who has selflessly served Trinidad and Tobago, says Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley.
A total of 50 citizens will receive national awards today, with the highest award, the Order of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (ORTT), going to Mottley.
