Trinidad and Tobago's Nathan Farinha had two good performances in the sprints last weekend at the University at the Whitsuntide Games in Grenada. Farinha was part of a small contingent of athletes from the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT).
Farinha sped to first overall in the men's 200m in a time of 21.40 seconds. He was third overall in the 100m with a 10.60 clocking. UTT's Matthew Graham finished fifth overall after crossing the line in 10.82 - a new personal best (PB).
Rogill Torres achieved a PB of 49.24 in the men's 400m, which was good enough for sixth overall.
The UTT Patriots contingent also included athlete Tyla Austin, coach Antonia Burton and athletic training officer Donna-Marie Wickham.
