Gold, silver for MorainKwame Laurence :: Trinidad Express :: 03.05.2018Moriba Morain earned gold at the Leon Johnson Invitational track and field meet in Louisiana, USA, last weekend. The Trinidad and Tobago sprinter stopped the clock at 21.26 seconds for victory in the men's 200 metres. Morain also picked up silver in the 100m dash in 10.48. There was victory too for another T&T athlete, Elia Nero. The Louisiana Tech University student returned a time of two minutes, 13.41 seconds for gold in the women's 800m event.
